Refund policy
This policy applies to purchases on rafwheels.com from A to Z Trading B.V., trading as RAF Wheels.
14 day right of withdrawal (in-stock wheels)
If you buy in-stock wheels as a consumer, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate, receive the last parcel of your order. You do not have to give a reason.
To cancel, send us a clear statement by email to salesrafwheels@gmail.com with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. After telling us, you have another 14 days to send the wheels back.
Made-to-order wheels
Wheels built to your specification (any configured size, width, offset, bolt pattern, concave profile, finish or construction) are made especially for you. Under Dutch and EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications. Once you have confirmed a quote and paid the deposit, a made-to-order order cannot be cancelled or returned, except in the case of a defect.
Condition of returned wheels
- Wheels must be unused and unmounted: no tyres fitted, never mounted on a car, no marks from tools, wheel weights or tyre machines.
- Return them in the original packaging with all supplied parts (hub rings, centre caps, bolts if supplied).
- You may inspect the wheels as you would in a shop. If a wheel shows use beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Return shipping
You pay the cost of returning the wheels. A set ships as 4 separate parcels; please use a tracked service and keep proof of shipment until you receive your refund. Return address: A to Z Trading B.V., De Roef 14 D, 9206 AK Drachten, The Netherlands.
Refunds
We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may wait with the refund until we have received the wheels back or you have shown proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Please check every parcel when it arrives. If a parcel is damaged, or you received the wrong item, email salesrafwheels@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the packaging and the wheel. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our cost.
Warranty
All wheels come with your statutory rights under Dutch law: they must be fit for normal use. Defects in materials or workmanship are covered. Damage caused by incorrect fitting, kerbing, accidents, chemicals or modification is not covered.
Business customers
The 14 day right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. Orders from businesses and dealers can only be returned by prior written agreement.
