How we ship

All orders ship with DPD from Drachten, The Netherlands. Every wheel is packed in its own box, so a set of 4 wheels arrives as 4 parcels. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has shipped.

Prices include VAT. If you order more than one set, the shipping cost is charged per set. For orders of 7 or more sets, please contact us for a delivery quote.

Delivery times

In-stock wheels ship within 1 to 3 working days after payment. DPD delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days within the Netherlands and Belgium, and 2 to 5 working days to the other countries above.

Made-to-order wheels are built after you confirm your quote and pay the deposit. Production takes around 30 days. The wheels are then transported from the factory to us in Drachten, and you choose the transport method with your quote:

Air freight	about 7 days
Truck	about 6 weeks
Sea freight	about 12 weeks

After arrival we check your set and ship it with DPD as described above. We confirm the expected delivery date with your quote and keep you updated during production.

Other countries

We currently ship to the countries listed above. Customers in the United Kingdom and the United States can order through Wheelmania, our main dealer for those markets. For any other country, email salesrafwheels@gmail.com and we will look at the options.

On delivery

Please check all parcels when they arrive. Note any visible damage with the driver if possible, and email us photos within 48 hours. See our Refund policy for what happens next.
