How rotary forging works

HeatThe cast wheel is mounted on the forging drum and heated to prepare the aluminium.
RollHydraulic rollers travel down the barrel under high pressure.
StretchThe metal is stretched and compressed to the exact width of your spec.
RefineA denser, lighter barrel with strength close to a fully forged wheel.
